LIMPIA PRIVACY POLICY
Effective July 23, 2026
Limpia is designed as a private, on-device cleaning assistant. The app does not require an account, does not use advertising or analytics, and does not send your cleaning information to Clear Noise.

1. WHO WE ARE
Limpia is developed and provided by Clear Noise ("Clear Noise," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how Limpia handles information when you use the Limpia iOS app or any web version of Limpia that we make available.

2. SCOPE OF THIS POLICY
This policy applies to Limpia, including the local web app bundled inside the iOS app. It does not apply to third-party websites, services, app stores, device operating systems, or hosting providers that we do not control.
3. INFORMATION LIMPIA STORES ON YOUR DEVICE
Limpia stores a small amount of app information locally on your device so the app can remember your cleaning setup and progress. This may include:
- Your home setup, such as bedroom count, bathroom count, and whether you selected pets, outdoor space, or garage options.
- Your cleaning type and current screen.
- Your generated task list and any custom tasks you add.
- Tasks you have marked complete.
- Dates or timestamps used to show cleaning history or last-cleaned information.
- Basic app-version information used to keep local templates compatible.
This information is stored in local on-device storage, such as iOS local web storage inside the app or browser local storage if you use a web version. Clear Noise does not receive this information from the current app.
4. INFORMATION CLEAR NOISE COLLECTS
The current Limpia app does not collect personal information from you. The app does not send Clear Noise your name, email address, home details, task list, cleaning activity, device location, contacts, photos, files, or identifiers.
If you choose to email us for support, we will receive the information you decide to include in that message, such as your email address, message content, and any attachments you send. We use support communications only to respond to you, troubleshoot issues, improve Limpia, and maintain records of support requests.
5. PERMISSIONS
Limpia does not request access to sensitive device permissions such as location, camera, microphone, contacts, calendars, photos, Bluetooth, health data, or motion data.
6. ANALYTICS, ADVERTISING, TRACKING, AND THIRD-PARTY SDKs
Limpia does not use analytics, telemetry, advertising networks, ad identifiers, tracking pixels, behavioral profiling, or third-party tracking SDKs.
The app includes local JavaScript libraries that are bundled with the app so the interface can run. Those files are loaded from the app package and are not used to send your information to a third party.
7. HOW LIMPIA USES INFORMATION
Limpia uses the information stored on your device only to provide app features, including remembering your setup, showing your task list, tracking progress, and restoring your state when you reopen the app.
Support emails are used to communicate with you and resolve the issue or question you contacted us about.
8. SHARING, SELLING, OR DISCLOSING INFORMATION
Clear Noise does not sell your personal information. Clear Noise does not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Limpia does not disclose app usage data to advertisers, data brokers, analytics providers, or social networks.
Because the current app does not transmit your Limpia data to Clear Noise, we do not have app data to share. If you contact us directly, we may disclose support communications only when necessary to operate our business, comply with law, protect rights and safety, or respond to your request.
9. WEB VERSION AND HOSTING LOGS
If you use a web-hosted version of Limpia, the website host may automatically process basic technical information needed to deliver the site, such as IP address, browser type, date and time of request, and files requested. This kind of information is commonly processed by hosting infrastructure to provide, secure, and troubleshoot websites.
Clear Noise does not use hosting logs to profile you, contact you, track you across websites, or build advertising audiences.
10. DATA RETENTION
App data stored by Limpia remains on your device until you delete it, clear the app or browser storage, reset the app if that option is available, or uninstall the app. Clear Noise does not maintain a server copy of your Limpia task data.
Support emails may be retained for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you, manage support history, improve the app, comply with legal obligations, and protect our rights.
11. DELETING YOUR LIMPIA DATA
To delete data stored by the iOS app, use the reset option in Limpia or delete Limpia from your device. To delete data stored by a browser version, clear the website data for Limpia in your browser settings. Because Clear Noise does not receive the current app's local data, there is no server copy of that app data for us to delete.
12. SECURITY
Limpia keeps app data locally on your device, which means your device security settings, operating system protections, backups, and browser or WebView storage controls are important. We recommend using a passcode, biometric unlock where available, and up-to-date operating system software.
No method of electronic storage is perfect, but Limpia's current design reduces risk by avoiding accounts, remote databases, analytics pipelines, and advertising systems.
13. CHILDREN
Limpia is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent personal information to Clear Noise through a support request, contact support@clearnoise.com and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
14. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, or information about how personal information is processed. You may also have the right to opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling.
For Limpia app data stored only on your device, you can exercise deletion by using the reset option, deleting the app, or clearing local website data. If you have contacted us by email and want to make a privacy request about that support communication, contact support@clearnoise.com.
Clear Noise does not sell personal information, share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, or process Limpia app data for targeted advertising.
15. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY NOTICE
For California residents, Limpia's current app design does not collect personal information through the app. Clear Noise does not sell or share personal information as those terms are used under California privacy law, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you.
If you contact us for support, we may process identifiers such as your email address and the contents of your message. We use that information for support, communication, security, recordkeeping, and legal compliance. You will not be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights.
16. INTERNATIONAL USERS
If you contact Clear Noise from outside the United States, your message may be processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate. By contacting us, you understand that your support communication may be handled outside your country of residence.
17. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy if Limpia changes, if our practices change, or if legal requirements change. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide notice in a reasonable way, such as through the app, the website, or the App Store listing.
